WHAT WE DO

Some Of Our Services

SINCE WE DESIGN THE SOLAR FROM THE BEGINNING

Zero carbon provides services from the inception of your Solar Power plant’s idea towards its reality. The turnkey Solar Solution is proposed, based on the annual consumption of power from the utility grid. It involves the designing of system depending on the net zero load and available area, installation and commissioning of the executed project by our expert team, followed by the trial monitoring of plant.

Net metering allows you to transfer excess electricity units produced from Solar PV plant through a bi-direction smart energy meter into the national grid providing you with additional unit credits. These credits will be deducted from your successive bills. If the house/building is being net-metered, the bi-directional meter will run backwards to provide credits against the electricity consumed by the building off peak hours when electricity was being used from the utility, in this case the customer is only charged for their net energy usage, freeing you from paying any bills further. Thus, Net Metering is a billing mechanism which allows you to sell/credit your excessive units produced to the utility.

To envision the journey of Green Energy revolution in Pakistan, Zero Carbon aims to provide Sustainable Energy Solutions, through an effective energy policy implementing energy conservation. A detailed proposition for efficient and stable energy usage can be developed by our experts. The main focus of this policy is

  • Growing increase in Grid prices, requires the energy conservation when provision of Solar is not an only solution due to any constraints.

Zero Carbon provides a professional Operations and Maintenance services as the after sale perks, this involves both the physical and electrical inspection by our highly qualified O & M team. Zero Carbon ensures to maintain the 100 % efficiency and productivity of the system by providing the following services

  • Bi-Weekly cleaning of Solar PV modules by high pressurized demineralized water to reduce soiling, thus increasing its efficiency.
  • Physical inspection of loose wiring and damaged modules.
  • Verifying the output from the array (Voc & Isc) to ensure efficiency.
  • Tri-Monthly physical inspection of inverters.
  • Fault detection wiring, fuses and circuit breakers.
  • Measuring charging and discharging status of batteries to increase their durability.
  • Physical inspection of mounting structures and replacement of damaged structure.
  • Keeping an up to date monitoring patterns to optimize the productivity of system.
  • Making sure that all module frames, metal conduit and connectors, junction boxes, and electrical components chassis are earth grounded.

For the emergency shutdown of inverters or any complain about batteries, our maintenance team is available 24/7 to provide safety and insurance of smooth running of the Solar PV system
